Job Description:
Century Services Group is seeking motivated, hard-working Team Members to assist in Parking and Traffic Management at the 2023 Country Thunder in Wisconsin! Parking Team Members duties include greeting customers, verifying parking passes, directing vehicle traffic, providing information about the facility, assisting with transaction processing and monitoring.
To be successful in this role, you should be a well-organized person with a polite and professional attitude.
You should be able to work independently while also being organized and have a strong sense of time management.
A successful Parking Attendant will have previous experience operating a tablet computer.
The goal is to contribute to maintaining a safe and smooth experience for all guests and vendors in attendance.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Greet all visitors and customers in a friendly manner Provide direction and assistance to guests as needed Collect payment, scan pass and/or verify diplayed parking pass Perform transaction processing for vendors, including confirming vehicle information is correct Make change and issue tickets and or receipts to customers for all transactions.
Maintain security of cash Flag vehicles into specific parking stalls Conduct periodic checks to ensure traffic equipment is in place and working properly Maintain the cleanliness of the lot and property Monitor vehicle occupancy rates where required.
Assist with resolving any issues that arise during the day or within the company's operations Maintain accurate inventory of inventory of parking stalls remaining Maintain security at the facility by following procedures and monitoring procedures throughout the day Comply with all safety procedures and adhere to company policies Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
Experience:
Previous experience as a Parking Attendant or similar position working with parking lot operations preferred but not required.
Experience working in a retail environment preferred but not required.
Knowledge of vehicle registration laws and requirements preferred but not required.
