Summary:
The American Fireworks Assistant Store Manager position will challenge a motivated individual to better themselves and build a repertoire of skills useful in the modern workplace.
This position is multifaceted; the candidate will assist the store managers in every aspect of the operation.
Stock management, movement and placement are a top priority for this position.
Also learning product knowledge, developing sales skills and customer service skills are essential as there will be face to face interactions and transactions with customers on a daily basis.
Some of the skills that will be taught on the job include:
warehousing, POS cashiering, customer service training and management.

Physical fitness is of utmost importance and applicants must be willing and capable of lifting 50lbs.

Additionally on some workdays the candidate will need to be able to lift, carry and move boxes repeatedly throughout their workday.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Associates degree in business management is preferred.
Experience:
1-2 Years of Related Warehouse, Retail & Management Experience is preferred but we will train the right person.

Flexibility Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Leads by example at all times when directing seasonal stockers and cashiers on best practices.
Responsible for helping customers and conducting proper customer service and sales processes.
Responsible for maintaining a properly clean, organized and well stocked showroom.
Responsible for maintaining all around cleanliness and readiness to the American Fireworks standard.
Assists store managers in all aspects of store operations and will complete tasks effectively and efficiently.
Aids the store manager in all aspects of receiving product deliveries and distributing product to company locations (Big Bend/Genoa City, WI).
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
